Warranty Procedure – Steel Blue

Steel Blue Boots are covered by a manufactures 6-month warranty. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing to make a claim for a quality issue please follow these steps;

1. Check your item is still within its warranty time frame of 6 months. 
2. Contact ourselves via email: ryan@bigboots.co.uk with your order number, 2 clear images of the fault, a picture of the front of both boots from a distance, a copy of your invoice and a copy of this form  - Warranty form  
3. Please also include a photo of the equivalent for your boots of the photos below. With the photo of the tag, it’s the tag inside the boot with the numbers on it, not the tag on tongue. Please make sure the tag number is visible. 

4. If any further information or images are required, we will let you know via email reply.
5. We will confirm we have received your email and advise you of the outcome. In some cases, we will forward the images onto Steel Blue for their advice.

5. If Steel Blue Boots agrees that your boot contains a manufacturing fault, 
   we will require the old boots to be destroyed. We will need photos of this before we send out the new pair. Please see below on how to do this. 

5. Once we receive the photos of the boots being destroyed, we will then send out the new boots. We will issue you with a new pair straight away at our cost.

In some cases, the boot will be required to be returned for further inspection before a decision can be made. We will advise you if this is required.

 Under no circumstances will we replace a faulty item with a size change. WARRANTY RETURNS FORM

To return a pair under a comfort guarantee, please follow the following steps. 

1,Your purchase must be returned within 30 days from the date on receipt

2, Please include your receipt and a completed copy of the 30 DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE FORM

Under no circumstances will we replace a 30-day comfort guarantee return for a change of size. On most cases, a refund will be offered or change of style can be discussed as an option.
